Sex, Relationships and Health Education (RSHE)
At Mary Exton Primary School, Relationships, Sex and Health Education (RSHE) is an integral part of our curriculum, supporting children to develop the knowledge, skills, and understanding they need to lead safe, healthy, and fulfilling lives. Using the Jigsaw PSHE scheme, our RSHE curriculum enables pupils to explore a range of topics, including healthy relationships, physical and mental health, and age-appropriate understanding of human development. RSHE is delivered in a supportive, safe environment that values the partnership between home and school, helping children feel confident to ask questions, reflect on their feelings, and make informed choices.
